All Kare Elevated, LLC

Kare Elevated was founded (2023) by 2 friends, who met while in RN school, and then began working together in home health.  The idea to begin this journey was centered around our observation that clients/patients are in need of specialized nursing services remotely, whether it is within their home, place of business, or other location. We noticed an opportunity to not only proposition our surrounding communities with high quality nursing services outside of the traditional hospital setting, but to also deliver reassurance and guarantee to their provider and/or family that he/she are or will be receiving ideal care with us!

We have worked with the elder population for most of our nursing careers- this seems to be where we excel and have extreme passion. Though we certainly desire to help every individual no matter what stage in life he or she is. We have specialized knowledge, expertise and training in Neurological, Gastrointestinal, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Endocrine systems as well as wound care.

We offer a diversity of services varying from post-operative services/care, wellness and disease counseling/education, and wound care- and most of what is in between.

Our ambition is to fill in the gaps absent by the traditional health care system- either to be your personal healthcare advocate and provide you with an exceptional nursing experience to help improve your health or to help navigate the system in order to ensure you or your loved one is getting the care he/she needs.
