If you live out of town or are unable to provide local support to a family member who may have chronic medical conditions, you can reduce your stress or anxiety and find the peace of mind that comes with having our skilled nurses provide wellness checks for your loved one on a regular basis or as needed. 

Our wellness visits are personalized to the client's unique needs, as we ensure that your loved ones are staying hydrated, are eating well, and are taking their medications. We will also assess all vital signs such as oxygen saturation, blood pressure, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate and blood glucose levels as indicated. We will listen to lung sounds and can report any concerns to their primary physician.

In addition, a holistic assessment of the client and the home environment are performed to ensure safety and reduce risk of complications. We can also communicate any findings or concerns to family and be an advocate for your loved one's continued health and wellness.
